preparing and filing documents, dealing with the public, and distributing
information. Employment in these occupations is expected to grow by 5.8 percent,
adding 1.4 million new jobs by 2014. Customer service representatives will add
the most new jobs, 471,000. Desktop publishers will be among the fastest growing
