About the Trainer
Sam Ciulla is vice president of National Application Processing & Screening, Inc., a full-service employee/tenant screening firm, where he oversees the company’s mission & values, management, growth & development, marketing and consulting functions. Ciulla holds a Bachelor of Science, and has spent 20 years in the credit, collections and screening industry, served on the board of directors of local and state organizations and has extensive knowledge in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACT Act) laws and regulations. He is an active member of Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and currently serves on the ethics and certification committee for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
