ServSafe training helps you understand all of the food safety risk faced by your operation. Once you're aware of these risk, you can find ways to reduce them. This knowledge will help you keep your operation, your staff, and your customers safe.
The course includes an 8 hour instructor-led class, book, and proctored certification exam. The exam is comprised of 90 multiple-choice questions requiring a passing grade of 75% to be certified. For more information visit www.servsafe.com.
